Yes, we provide customized services and samples for our customers and charge a reasonable sample fee, which can be refunded when placing a bulk order next time. The transportation of the samples shall be borne by your side.

What should I do if I encounter problems during installation?

We will provide detailed installation videos for each type of shelf. If necessary, we can also do it by phone, in person or via video.

What are the standard size specifications and carrying capacities?

Standard sizes are Length: 1200/1500/1800/2000mm, Width: 400/500/600mm, and Height: 2000mm (all customizable). The carrying capacity is 100/200/300/500kg per floor depending on customization options.
