Yes, we provide customized services and samples for our customers. We charge a reasonable sample fee, which can be refunded when placing a subsequent bulk order. The transportation of the samples shall be borne by the customer.

We will provide detailed installation videos for each type of shelf. If necessary, we can also assist via phone, video call, or in-person guidance.

Q5: What is the process for purchasing customized products?

Free design → Confirm drawings → Quotation → Confirm PI → Arrange deposit → Production → QC inspection → Balance payment → Shipment.

Q6: What specifications and carrying capacities are available?

Our standard size length options include 1200/1500/1800/2000mm, with widths of 400/500/600mm and a height of 2000mm. Each floor can carry 100/200/300/500kg. All sizes and specifications are customizable to meet your specific requirements.
